Pre-bid walk thru:  Attendance is Mandatory to submit a proposal  -- Friday February 24th at 1 pm  (Location change -- see change here)

Last day for questions:  Wednesday March 1st at 2 pm

Response to questions posted:  Friday March 3rd; they will be posted here fro all to see.  No individual responses will be sent.
