Enrollment Procedures

  • New Student Enrollments must complete the Online Registration Gateway process. Required paperwork can be uploaded during the online registration process. 

    Parents are encouraged to enroll new students for the 2020 – 2021 school year as soon as possible to ensure time for staff to schedule them for academic courses and electives (some elective courses are offered on a first-come-first-served basis). Students should be entered as CURRENT School Year in the registration system.

    The following information is required for enrollment: 

    • Birth Certificate
    • Immunization Records
    • 2 Forms of Proof of Residency


    Other information needed for enrollment:

    • Driver's License of Parent/Guardian Enrolling Student
    • Last Report Card
    • Previous School Records
    • IEP
    • Custody Paperwork

    Proof of Residency – acceptable documentation includes two (2) of the following:

    • Lease
    • Sales Agreement
    • Current Utility Bill
    • Mortgage Agreement
    • Driver's License/DOT ID
    • Credit Card Bill
    • Property Tax Payment Receipt
    • Paycheck Stub
    • Voter Registration
