If you need to send in an excuse for your student's absence, feel free to email them to mgutshall@bigspring.k12.pa.us or you may fill out an absence slip in our office lobby. Once you are done filling out the slip, you may turn it in at the window. Thank you!

Accessing Aspen Report Cards

Student grades will be posted on the ASPEN parent portal this year. If you are having trouble locating report cards, or documents, please follow the instructions below. 

**These Instructions work best when using a desktop computer. If you are logging in to ASPEN on a mobile device, you must select "View Full Site" from the drop down menu in order to follow the instructions below.**

As we enter into a new school year, we will once again be allowing visitors. When arriving at Oak Flat, you will first need to ring the doorbell mounted to the right of the outside doors. An office staff member will speak with you and be able to buzz you into the lobby. Once inside, please stop at the window to speak with an office staff member. Please be sure to always have your ID on each visit.
