Student grades will be posted on the ASPEN parent portal this year. If you are having trouble locating report cards, or documents, please follow the instructions below.

When dropping students off in the morning, please make sure there are no drop offs before 9:00AM. This is the earliest your student may enter the building for their safety. We will have a staff member on duty to let students into the building beginning at that time. Our bell rings at 9:15AM for students to go to class and our late bell rings at 9:20AM.
When picking students up at the end of the day, please be sure to send a note or call the office. If you call in to put your student on the pick-up list, calls must be made before 3:00PM. At this time our pick-up list will be finalized and is sent to all of the teachers with names of students that should come down to the front doors.
As we enter into a new school year, we will not be allowing any visitors into the school to cut down on the exposure to covid-19. When you enter the Oak Flat lobby please press the door call button for us to assist you. If you are dropping off a document, please place them in the drop box located in the lobby by the metal information stand.
