• Student Device Repairs/Issues

     If you are having issues with a student device, please email helpdesk@bigspringsd.org with your contact phone number and a brief description of the issue. A technician will contact you to determine if the problem can be corrected over the phone.  Should you need to bring the device in for the repair, it should be dropped off at the district office, 45 Mount Rock Rd between the hours of 8-4 Monday through Friday.  Inside the vestibule, there is green bin for devices.  Please leave a note closed inside the device with your name, phone #, and a description of the problem.

    Most repairs dropped off by 10 will be completed same day.  You will receive a phone call when the device is ready for pickup.
