Mrs. Crystal Grossman

Hello! I am the Instructional Coach at Big Spring Middle School. As an Instructional Coach, I work closely with teachers and staff in the building with a focus on professional growth and learning. My time is spent collaborating, planning, researching, and finding resources to support instruction in the classroom. The best part of my job is working alongside teachers in the classroom where I have the opportunity to interact with students!
