Tech Issue Procedures

 Tech Helpdesk/Device Repairs 

Students and parents should report technical concerns related to district provided devices by emailing or call 717-776-2465 and leave a message. Please provide the name of the student, a call back number and a brief description of the problem. A Technician will call to assist over the phone. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone the device will need to be dropped off at HS Office Lobby for live streaming students or room 239 for Face to Face students. HS Office hours are 7 AM-3 PM. Most repairs received in the morning will be ready for pickup by the end of the day. Parents/guardians will be notified when repairs are completed. If a parent/guardian is unable to email,  they should contact the High School office 717-776-2434.

If the device issue hinders the student's ability to log in to class please notify the attendance secretary immediately so they are not marked absent. Please email or call 717-776-2434 opt 2.
