If you need to send in an excuse for your student's absence, feel free to email them to firstname.lastname@example.org or you may fill out an absence slip in our office lobby. There will be a pad of absence slips and a pen on top of our document drop box. Once you are done filling out the slip you may place it into the drop box and we will collect it at the end of the day. Thank you!

As we enter into a new school year, we will once again be allowing visitors into the school. When you enter the Oak Flat lobby, please press the door call button for us to assist you. Once you enter, please have your drivers license ready so we can scan it and issue a visitors pass.

Tickets are $2 each or arm’s length for $25. You will put your tickets in envelopes in the Office and winners will be drawn at the end of Spotlight on Learning. Items will be on display during the Spotlight on Learning event.

Teacher appreciation luncheon is May 9th. Please consider donating to the PTO to help cover costs of the catered lunch or by donating items through our sign-up genius. We appreciate all of your help to show our teachers how much we appreciate what they do for our students!
