2021-2022 Learning Mode Selection Survey

The Big Spring School District is in the process of developing plans for the 2021-2022 school year. To help make those plans as detailed as possible, the District would like to solicit your early intentions for your desired learning mode for your student. Two primary learning mode options will exist for families to choose from next year. Those options include:

  • Face-to-Face Learning - This in person learning option will most closely reflect “pre-Covid” learning. A five day per week model is anticipated. Appropriate safety protocols, in alignment with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH), and the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE), will be employed.
  • Big Spring Cyber/Live Stream Hybrid - This fully remote learning option will provide support of local teachers utilizing the Big Spring Cyber curriculum. Students will have a daily check-in with a Big Spring staff member for academic support and attendance purposes.

This survey window will close on Sunday, June 13th.  We appreciate you indicating your early interest for your student. An opportunity to confirm your student’s learning mode will be provided in late July as well. Thank you!
