Counseling COVID Communication

Dear Big Spring Families,

The Counseling Department is reaching out with a few links and tools that can assist students during the pandemic. We are aware that this pandemic is causing increased levels of stress and anxiety for students and families, many of the resources contained here can help guide conversations and provide reminders of how to cope with these spikes in stress. Counselors will be available via email during this time, please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
