Big Spring High School student, Sadaf Sharifi, introduced herself to the Board of School Directors at the October 16 meeting. Sadaf was born in Kabul Afghanistan and shared the struggles of living there prior to coming to the United States. She also described the incredible support of her family. Sadaf will be the student representative to the Board for the 23-24 School Year and shared her hopes and dreams of a college education to become a journalist and politician.
