The United States Army War College and Carlisle Barracks recently hosted an Excellence in Education Reception at the Commandant’s home. Big Spring teachers and staff Michael Spears, Kristen Boles, and Lauren Hetrick were honored by Major General David C. Hill who serves as the 53rd Commandant of the U.S. Army War College with Superintendent Dr. Kevin Roberts also in attendance.
