Visitation Procedures and Statement

The Big Spring School District welcomes parents, community members, and visitors into our buildings to support our students’ educational experience . We believe that student and staff safety is of the utmost importance.  For students and staff to thrive they must feel secure in their environment.  To ensure security, visitors will be required to enter the main office and will be asked to present proper identification to be scanned through the District’s visitor management software.  A decision regarding building access will be determined at that point.  We thank you in advance for your patience and partnership while working through this security procedure. 

Please also note that for the safety of our students and care of the grounds, the Big Spring School District does not allow the following on District Property:

·        Smoking;

·        Dogs;

·        Golfing;

·        Bicycles;

·        Rollerblading; and/or

·        Skateboarding.
