Invitation to Bid - Dishwasher Replacements
Big Spring School District, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania is accepting bids to replace Dishwasher Replacements at our Middle School and Oak Flat Elementary Cafeteria Kitchens. Bids will be received until Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time. Proposals received after the receipt deadline will not be accepted. Upon review of proposals and award of bid, proposals will become public knowledge to anyone who submits a request.
Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked "Dishwasher Replacements — MS & OF”.
The bids will be publicly opened and read on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Big Spring School District Administration Building, 45 Mount Rock Road, Newville, PA 17241.
Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of a surety company legally authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in an amount equal to ten (10%) of the bid.
No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of the actual opening of bids.
Big Spring School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept or reject any parts thereof, or items therein, and to waive any defects or irregularities in bids and bid securities, and to make the award that is determined to be in the best interest of the District.
