School Board Info

Big Spring School Board Meetings start at 7:30 PM and are preceded by a 7 PM Committee of the Whole meeting.  The public is invited to both meetings.  The Committee of the Whole meeting affords the School Board members the opportunity to conduct informal discussion on topics; in addition to providing time for administration to present information regarding school operations, financial reports, and future board meeting agenda items.  The board does not vote on items during the committee meeting.

Agenda items are voted on during the formal board meeting that begins at 7:30 PM.  There is an opportunity for public comment, limited to 4 minutes per speaker.  View the meetings page for full calendar of meeting dates.
